Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector
Last week I picked up the excellent Tetris DS so that I could get in on some multiplayer Tetris action. Unfortunately, the Nintendo DS' wi-fi capabilities only support the relatively vulnerable WEP encryption standard. That ruled it out for use on my home network.
Thankfully, Nintendo came up with an alternative for the security-conscious and for those without a method of wireless networking to begin with: the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector.
With this device, any internet-connected computer running Windows XP can be turned into a wireless hub of sorts that allows connections only from an authorized Nintendo DS.
The fun of 2- and 4-player internet Tetris battles make the Connector worth the USD$34.95 price.
