Al Safa Halal part 3!

I just had the best customer experience ever!

Last month, in "Bunch of savages in this town!", I wrote how a frozen Al Safa Halal pizza I bought had already been opened and how someone at the grocery store had stolen the basketball card inside.

Well, this morning I got an email from an Al Safa customer service rep asking for my mailing address because they wanted to send me a replacement basketball card. That brought a big smile to my face, but it wouldn't remain the most the surprising event of the day for long...

You see, when I got home tonight, someone drove to my apartment and handed me a box full of Al Safa Halal products along with a signed basketball card on top!! Now my freezer is full of pizza, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, chicken balls, burgers, lasagna!

I've never heard of a company going so far out of their way to make a customer happy and I'm very glad that I was introduced to their products. :)
